If you forget your Shell Drivers’ Club card, there are 2 options available to you:
- Take a photo of your receipt and email an image to email@example.com.
- Call our Customer Service Team on 0800 731 8888 and select option 2.
When selecting either option, please ensure to provide your full name, Shell Drivers’ Club card number, postcode and the reason why your points were not applied.
Examples of this include: ‘I forgot my card’ ‘My card would not scan’ ‘My app was not working so I could not access my digital card’.
If, at Shells discretion, it is determined that points should be applied to your account, these will be credited within 28 days from receipt of receiving the request.
