If you forget your Shell Drivers’ Club card please take a photo of your receipt and you can chat to us below and send across your photo between 8:00AM and 4:45PM Monday to Friday; or email an image to email@example.com.
Please provide your Shell Drivers’ Club card number and any two of the following pieces of information as registered: date of birth, postcode, email address. Please also provide the reason why your points were not applied.
Examples of this include: ‘I forgot my card’ ‘My card would not scan’ ‘My app was not working so I could not access my digital card’.
If, at Shell's discretion, it is determined that points should be applied to your account, these will be credited within 5 days from receipt of receiving the request. Please ensure you contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
