When combining accounts, both parties have to be registered to the same address and one has to be the master account.
The other card attached to the account will continue working but the points will be collated on the ‘master account’.
For data protection reasons, you can only do this if we receive:
- a name, address, DOB
- the card numbers for both accounts
- the permission of the account holder whose account will be merged into the master account.
