When combining accounts, both parties have to be registered to the same address and one has to be the master account.
The other card attached to the account will continue working but the points will be collated on the ‘master account’.
To do this please provide us with the master and linked Shell Drivers’ Club card numbers. We can only perform this action if the account holder who is giving up his points to another account contacts us. In this case, the account holder of the linked card will also be asked to provide two of the following pieces of information as registered: date of birth, postcode, or email address.
