If your registration is not successful, there could be a number of reasons why:
- Please make sure you have completed all the required fields on the registration form and enter your 19 digit Shell Drivers’ Club Card number in full.
- You may have previously registered with Shell or your card may already be registered. Please call our Customer Service Team on 0800 731 8888 and select option 2.
- If you have forgotten your password, please select the ‘Forgot your password?’ link underneath the login section or call our Customer Service Team on 0800 731 8888 and select option 2.
