If your registration is not successful, there could be a number of reasons why:
- You may not have completed all the required fields on the registration form or entered your 19 digit Shell Drivers’ Club Card number in full. Please check that you have correctly done this first.
- You may have forgotten your previous account password, if this is the case please select the "forgot your password" link. You can get further advice on this just click here.
- You may have already registered your email address to a different Shell Drivers' Club card. If this is the case please use a new email address.
