Activate your reward in the app or online and then scan your barcode via the Shell app, card or key fob when you pay to redeem your reward. You will them need to pay the remaining balance. 

Shell Go+ Members can use Rewards on a maximum of five (5) individual transactions each calendar day.

Subject to the Terms and Conditions, a member may use more than one Reward in a single transaction, providing they are different Reward types.

Two (2) Fuel Rewards cannot be used in a single transaction. Where two or more Fuel Rewards have been activated, the Fuel Reward that expires first will be applied to a transaction. If both Fuel Rewards have the same expiry date, the one with the higher value will be redeemed. A Member Benefit and Fuel Partner Discount can be used in a single transaction.
