What is the duration of the Promotion?
You can activate the Promotion at any time between 00:01 on 9th September 2023 and 23:59 on 20th October 2023. The Promotion will be valid until 23:59 on 20th October, starting from the date you activate it. This means, the sooner you activate it, the longer you have to take advantage of the discount.
The duration of the activated Promotion will be visible in the app during this period.
Where can I use the discounted charging Promotion?
Once the Promotion is activated, you can charge with 20% discount at participating locations in the Shell Recharge rapid & ultra-rapid charging network, including those located at Waitrose and Aldi supermarkets.
How can I locate charging stations on Shell Recharge rapid charging network?
Details of the Participating Service Stations can be found within the Shell Recharge app. In the charge point map, you can apply the “Shell Recharge stations” filter. This filter allows you to view the participating rapid and ultra-rapid chargers. “Shell Recharge in Partnership with Osprey” charging stations are not participating service stations for the purpose of this Promotion. Please note that the discount will not be visible on the charger preview screen for locations that are not participating in the Promotion.
Is this Promotion applicable to other countries aside from the UK?
This Promotion is only applicable to participating Shell Recharge locations, for customers in the United Kingdom. To find your nearest participating location you can filter for Shell Recharge rapid and ultra-rapid charge points in the Shell Recharge app.
Can I use my charging discount in the entire network across Europe?
The Promotion is only valid at participating Shell Recharge locations in the United Kingdom. To find your nearest Shell Recharge location use the “Shell Recharge stations” filter in the Shell Recharge app.
Where can I see the 20% discount applied?
Once the Promotion is activated, the updated price including the discount will be visible on the charge point preview screen and charge point more information screen. The discounted price will also be visible in the summary screen after the charging session and details will be included in your monthly invoice.
