If you are receiving marketing emails from Shell Go+ and want to unsubscribe, this can be done via the Shell GO+ website or the mobile app. Here's what you need to do:
Via Website
1. Login to your account via the Shell GO+ Website
2. Click on your name at the top right-hand corner of page.
3. Choose ‘My Account’.
4. Once you click on ‘My Account’, you will be redirected to a page that shows your account details. Click on ‘Communication’ at the top left.
5. You will see a list of email notifications we currently sent out to you. You can untick the box beside the specific email notifications you do not want to receive. Changes will be saved automatically. Via App
1. Login to your account via the app
2. Tap on three dots in the right-bottom corner ‘More’
3. Choose ‘Settings’. You will see a list of email notifications we currently sent out to you.
4. Tap on the toggle on the right-hand side of the specific email notifications you do not want to receive. Changes will be saved automatically.
Once you have unsubscribed from the marketing emails, please note that you may still receive email correspondence from Shell in relation to your loyalty account as our marketing materials are scheduled in advance.
