If you forgot to collect your VAT receipt at the time of purchase, go back to the Shell service station where you made the purchase and request a copy of your receipt from the staff member at the counter. They will be able to locate your transaction and provide you with a printed copy of the receipt.
If you are unable to return to the service station, you can contact our customer support to request a copy of the VAT receipt. Provide information such as the site of the purchase, the date and time of the purchase, the amount, and the type and grade of fuel, as well as the pump number and the last four digits of the card you used to pay for your fuel.
