Why are the EV features not visible to me in the Shell app?

First make sure you have the latest update of the Shell App. Navigate to the "More" menu and select "Shell Recharge charge cards", and enable EV features. If you have already done this and still cannot see the EV features, please contact our customer service team by navigating to the Help Centre within the Shell app, and ask for help in the live chat.
