What happens to my fuel credits if I forget to use the Shell app?

Unfortunately, Shell can only offset the carbon emissions of your fuel purchase if you scan your Shell app or card. If you prefer not to use the Shell app you can always order a physical membership card or fob online at https://www.goplus.shell.com.
