If your cable is stuck, you can easily unlock it using the Remote Charge Point Control feature in your dashboard. Go to account.shellrecharge.com , log in with your account details and go to your dashboard. Here, select the 'Charge Points' tab and then you can end your charging session. When you end your charging session, the connector is automatically unlocked. This means that charging of the connected electric car is terminated.
If your cable is stuck in a public charging station, you must first unlock the car and then hold an RFID card at the device's reader. To do this, use the same charging card that was used to start the charging session. If this does not work, contact customer service or the owner of the location.
