1. Log in to account.shellrecharge.com
Note: We have created an account for you using the email address your leasing company provided to us. Please check your email for an activation message and use this to activate your account. If you have not received an activation notice, do not create an account yourself but contact us.
2. Navigate to Charging stations in the top menu.
3. Click on Settings at the corresponding charge point.
4. Go to point 5: Charging point access and click adjust
If you do not see AutoCharge, call customer service.
5. Select AutoCharge
6.Select I have a lease charge card
7. Select your charge card for registering charging sessions
8. Click on Save and Continue
9. Confirm your settings
10. Review and confirm the settings and click on confirm & save to complete the configuration.
Do you no longer want to use AutoCharge? Go back to step 4. And under point 5: Charge Pass Access, choose the option Charge with your charge card.
