Charge point remains on “available” (green tick)

Possible cause
The charge card is not working (e.g. crack in the RFID chip). The RFID reader is not working.

Solution
To check this, try with another charge card to see if the charge point responds. If the charge point still doesn't respond contact Shell Recharge.
