Step 1: Log in to your account
Step 2: Navigate to charge stations in the menu
Step 3: Go to step 5 Load card access and link your charge card to the charge point.
Step 4: Set reimbursement for electricity costs
Step 5: Enter your electricity rate
Step 6: Provide your account number
Step 7: Confirm the settings
- Go to account.shellrecharge.com
Step 2: Navigate to charge stations in the menu
- At the charge point in question, click on Settings. Is no charge point visible yet? Then activate your charge point first.
Step 3: Go to step 5 Load card access and link your charge card to the charge point.
- Note: Only add your lease charge card and no other charge cards you may have.
Step 4: Set reimbursement for electricity costs
- If your employer reimburses your charging costs, next to your lease charge card, turn on the 'Reimburse electricity costs' slider.
Step 5: Enter your electricity rate
- Get the electricity rate from your energy supplier and enter it. If you use day and night power, take the average of these amounts.
Step 6: Provide your account number
- Enter the account number to which you want your charge fee refunded. Select your account number or choose New bank account, enter your information and click save and continue.
Step 7: Confirm the settings
- Check and confirm the settings and click on confirm & save to complete the configuration. Do you still want to change settings later? Then navigate to Charging stations in the menu and click on Settings at the relevant charging point.
