If your schedule isn't working, check the following
1. Make sure your charging point is in AutoCharge mode
2. Check if your charging point is online: the status in the app should be displayed as 'Available'
3. Disconnect the cable from both the car and the charging point
4. The LED of the charging point must go out
5. Set your schedule in advance with some leeway (i.e. at least a few minutes before the start time)
6. Verify that the cable is connected to the charging point.
7. The LED should turn yellow and the Shell Recharge app should be shown on the screen
8. Connect your vehicle to start charging/Tap here to start charging
9. Make sure that you have either tapped in the app or held your pass against the charging point so that the session can start, if your charging point session is set to the 'Swipe Pass' start mode
