We are sorry to hear of your bereavement and will work quickly to ensure that your family member’s Shell Go+ account is settled to your satisfaction.
Requests to cancel Go+ accounts can be submitted via our Contact Us web page.
As well as your request to delete the account, please provide the Shell Go+ member’s registered email address and the Shell Go+ barcode number.
The obsolete data relating to that member’s Go+ account will be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Upon deletion of the customer’s Go+ account, any reward(s) already accrued or issued will be deleted.
Should a Shell Go+ account be inactive for a period of 2 full calendar years (January to December), then such an account will be automatically deleted.
