If you have an online Shell Drivers' Club account, we regret to inform you that changing your email address is not possible at this time. Though we are working to change this.
Currently the only way to change your email address is by closing your existing account (and your card), and then picking up a new card from one of our stations.
You would then need to set up a new Shell account with your preferred email address and link your new card to it. After doing this please contact the Customer Service Centre and we can transfer your current total points to your new card.
However, if you don’t have an existing online profile, please contact our Customer Service Centre here and we will change the email address for you.
