If you do have an online Shell Drivers' Club account, we regret to inform you that changing your email address is not possible at this time. Though we are working to change this.
Currently the only way to change your email address is by closing your existing account (and your card), and then picking up a new card from one of our stations.
After doing this, please contact Customer Service with your old and new Shell Drivers' Club numbers and any two of the following pieces of information as registered: date of birth, postcode, or email address, so we can proceed with the points transfer.
Alternatively, if you don’t have an existing online Shell Drivers' Club account yet, it is possible to still change the email address. Please contact us and provide your old and new email address, your Shell Drivers’ Club card number, and any one of the following pieces of information as registered: date of birth or postcode, so we can proceed with the necessary changes.
