There may be a couple of reasons why you have not received your vouchers yet. It could be that:
- You have just recently registered and your first set of rewards will arrive during our next and last quarterly redemption period at the end of August.
- Your address is not updated in our records
- You have not met the required minimum balance of 500 points by the end of the quarter
