Shell Live Chat is a feature that allows you to obtain more information about Shell products, services, and job offers, among other things. You’re welcome to chat with our agent using the live chat function.
The live chat is available from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, excluding public holidays.
The chat button can be found in the Shell app under the “More” section -> “help center” or in the bottom right corner on the support page:
To use the chat, follow these steps:
- Click on the “Help” button.
- Next, click on the “Chat” button.
- Provide your details (name, surname, and email address).
- Type the message you want to convey.
- Once everything is filled out, click the “Start Chat” button.
Now you can chat with the agent.
After the conversation, you can share your feedback by clicking either the “👍” or “👎” button. You can also leave a comment if you’d like to share your insights, which will be helpful for future improvements. When you’re done, press the “Send” button.
To exit the chat, click the “Minimize” button in the upper right corner of the chat window.
