To use Pay at Pump at a Shell Station follow these steps:

• Park at the pump and switch off the engine

• Launch the Shell App from your mobile, tap Pay at Pump
  
  
• Enter your pin code or use touch ID

• Tap the yellow bar to start – the app will locate your Shell Station

• Once your location is confirmed, enter your pump number – the app will be ‘Authorising your account’

• Exit your vehicle and Start fuelling your tank – (put your mobile somewhere safe while fuelling)

• From the comfort of your vehicle, check your mobile – the transaction will be on screen

• A receipt will be sent to your email address.

Now you’ve filled up, you’re ready to go.
