What is Pay at Pump and how can it benefit me?

We know that people lead very busy lives. Sometimes you don’t need coffee, milk or groceries from our shop.  Or maybe you have a child or pet in your car and you just want to Pay at Pump.

Shell Pay at Pump is a mobile fuel payment service available at most Shell stations, it allows you to pay for fuel on your mobile quickly and easily from your car. Using the Pay at Pump service within the Shell app you just simply:

  • Enter and confirm the pump number from the comfort of your vehicle
  • Using Apple Pay, Android Pay or PayPal, select your payment of choice to pay for your fuel quickly without queuing up in store.
  • Wait for the 'Start Fuelling' message to appear.
  • Then Fill Up with fuel and drive off. It really is as simple as that.
