If you have lost or damaged your Shell GO+ card and key fob, don't worry. The process of getting a replacement is straightforward. Follow these steps to obtain your new set of card and key fob:
Step 1: Login to Your Shell GO+ Account
Go to the Shell GO+ website: https://www.goplus.shell.com/en-gb/ and log in to your account.
Step 2: Request a New Card and Key Fob
Scroll down on your profile page and click on the button that says "Need a New Card? Tell us why." From there, select the reason for your replacement - Lost, Stolen, Damaged, or Not Received. Then click "Apply."
Step 3: Confirm Deactivation
The system will ask if you are sure you want to deactivate your current card and fob. Click "Yes" to proceed.
Step 4: Provide Your Address
Enter your address so that the new set of card and key fob can be delivered to you.
Step 5: Wait for Your Replacement
Click "Submit" and wait for your new set of card and key fob to arrive. It should take no longer than 30 days to receive your replacement.
While waiting for your new set, you can use the digital barcode on your app or provide your new card and fob numbers to the service champion so that they can manually add a visit to your account. You can find your new card and fob numbers by logging into your account, clicking on your name at the top right-hand corner of the screen, and then selecting "My Account" and "Shell GO+."
