If needed, our Shell Virtual Assistant can connect you to a live agent during business hours, Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM excluding public holidays.
Webform: Contact us via Shell Go+ Webform.
Step 1: Contact Customer Support and provide your Shell Go+ number, barcode number, your old email address and the new email address you would like to use for your account.
Step 2: Wait for a Response
After submitting your request, you will receive an email from Shell's customer support team. They will work with you to verify your identity and make the necessary changes to your account.
If you are having difficulty ordering your new Shell GO+ Rewards card or key fob, you can contact Shell GO+ Rewards customer service for assistance. Provide them with your complete address and they will manually order the card or fob for you.
