When you scan your Shell App, card or key fob, transactions will be visible in your transaction history, to find your transactions in your Shell App, click on more, click on Transactions. Please allow up to 48 hours for details of the transaction history to be updated in your account.
If you have completed a transaction and scanned your Shell App, card or key fob but it is still not reflected in your transaction history after 48 hours, please contact our Customer Service Team:
