Points earned or exchanged are updated in real-time. However, there might be a delay due to connectivity issues, in which case your points balance will be updated within 48 hours. If the points still have not been updated after 48 hours, we kindly request you to re-login to your Shell GO+ Rewards account. If the issue persists, please contact our Customer Service Team.
