Why can’t I redeem my Shell GO+ reward at a Shell service station?

Please check the following:

1.- Check to see if the reward needs to be toggled on. If so, please toggle on in the Rewards section of your account.

2.- Check the terms and conditions of the reward to ensure that:

 - your purchased product is eligible

 - your purchase value is eligible

 - any other terms and conditions are met
