If you do not have the Shell App, please follow the instructions below to activate and redeem your rewards:
Please visit my.shell.co.uk where you can log in to your Shell GO+ Rewards account to see your details and activate your rewards.
Note that you will need your Shell GO+ Rewards card or key fob to be scanned at the Shell service station when you pay in order to redeem the reward.

Step 1. Log in to your account via Sign in to Shell

Step 2. Scroll down to the “Your Rewards” section.

Step 3. Go to the reward you would like to redeem on your next visit. Toggle on the reward to activate. When it turns blue this means that the reward has been activated. It may be useful to choose to activate all your rewards as when you visit Shell next time, the reward with the earliest expiry date is likely to be redeemed first. If they all have the same expiry date the reward with the most value will be applied.

Step 4. Scan your card or key fob at the till for the reward to be redeemed.
