Please follow the steps below:
Step 1. Rewards that you can redeem instore will appear in the Rewards section of your Shell App or online account
Step 2. Partner e-gift cards will be emailed to the email address associated with your Shell GO+ Rewards account
Step 3. Contact the Customer Service Centre if you still cannot see your reward or e-gift cards.
