If you wish to be notified when you are allocated a reward to prevent rewards being missed, we recommend you opt-in to communications from Shell GO+ Rewards via the Settings menu in your Shell App or the ‘My Account’ section of your online account.  

If you opt-in to communications, you will be notified each time you receive a reward, and you will also receive a reminder.

Should you wish to opt-in to communications, please follow the instructions below to change the settings of your account:

Opt into Shell GO+ Rewards communications via the Shell App

1. Open the Shell App and login to your account.

2. Tap on ‘More.’

3. Choose ‘Settings’. You will see a list of notification options.

4. Toggle on the specific notifications you want to receive. Changes will be saved automatically.

Opt into Shell GO+ Rewards communications via your online account

1. Log in to your account via www.shell.co.uk

2. Click on your name at the top right-hand corner of page.

3. Choose ‘My Account’.

4. Once you click on ‘My Account’, you will be redirected to a page that shows your account details. Click on ‘Communication.’

5. You can tick the box beside the specific email notifications you want to receive. Changes will be saved automatically.

 It is important to use rewards whilst they are still valid because they cannot be used or re-allocated to your account once they have expired.
