- To qualify for this promotion all Bookings must be made via the Shell Go+ Booking.com site at https://www.booking.com/?aid=2367770=, which is exclusive to Go+ members..
- Bookings made via the Booking.com app or via Booking.com directly will not qualify for this reward
- You must be 17 years of age or older to participate in this promotion
- The value of Shell fuel reward received will equal £1 for every £25 spent on accommodation booked via the above site on or after March 12th 2024.
- Taxes and other fees and charges are not taken into account for the calculation of the final reward
- https://www.booking.com/?aid=2367770 will display the value of fuel rewards which any qualifying booking will attract after successfully checking out of the booking.
- The minimum booking transaction value which qualifies for this promotion is £25, which will attract a £1 fuel reward.
- The maximum fuel reward available for any single booking within this promotion is £30. Qualifying bookings with a transaction value of £750 or over, will attract a £30 Shell fuel reward.
- Shell fuel rewards will be allocated to your Shell Go+ account. It is a member’s responsibility to check their Loyalty Programme account (via the App or the Website) to see whether there are any Rewards available to them at that time.
- Shell fuel rewards will be allocated to your Shell Go+ account.
- No cash alternative is available for this promotion and Shell fuel rewards are not transferable
- You must be a Shell Go+ member to qualify for a Shell fuel reward.
- You must be a Shell Go+ member to redeem your Shell fuel reward.
- The email address that you provide to Booking.com on the payment page must match the email address associated with your Shell Go+ account in order for any applicable Shell fuel rewards from this promotion to be allocated to your Shell Go+ account. If a matching email address is not entered, a Shell Go+ account will not be identified and the Shell fuel rewards cannot be allocated to your Shell Go+ account.
- Your Shell fuel reward will typically be allocated to your Shell Go+ account within 40 days of you checking out of your booked accommodation, but this process can take up to 64 days.
- If you cancel your accommodation or do not stay at your booked accommodation you will not qualify for your Shell Fuel Rewards. This will remain the case even if you have paid for your accommodation.
- Your Shell fuel reward can only be redeemed at participating Shell service stations.
- Your Shell fuel reward will be valid for 90 days once it has been allocated to your Shell Go+ account.
- Your Shell fuel reward can only be redeemed against a Shell fuel transaction value which is equal to or greater than the value of your fuel reward, for example; a £10 fuel reward can only be used against a fuel purchase of £10 or more. If the price of the Fuel exceeds the value of the Fuel reward, the outstanding balance must be paid at the point of purchase.
- The Shell Go+ Booking.com site will indicate the value of the “fuel reward” you will receive for your chosen accommodation.
- The Shell Go+ Booking.com website is not a website operated by Shell. By using this site you will be subject to Booking.com Terms and Conditions. Any data you enter via the Booking.com site will be subject to the Booking.com data and privacy policy.
- All conditions of the promotion must be met at the time the booking is made; No retroactive claims will be allowed.
- Shell reserve the right to remove this promotion at any time. Any bookings made prior to the promotion ending will qualify for this fuel reward promotion

- processing and determination of eligibility of the Shell fuel reward;
- the awarding of the offer as per the terms and conditions;
- providing customer support in respect to the offer;
- monitoring offer redemptions and understanding spend information; and
- conducting aggregated market research and/or statistical analysis.

Your personal data may be transferred within the Shell group of companies as well as to third party contractors and service providers that provide services for the operation of the Loyalty program, such as platform hosts, in order to facilitate the booking.com Shell fuel reward related to the Shell Loyalty program.
With your consent we may access the Booking.com partner portal for the purpose of resolving your claim or dispute related to calculating, allocating or redeeming your Shell fuel reward.

How long do we hold your personal data for?
Personal data processed by Shell in line with this Privacy Statement will be deleted (cancellation information, hotel_id, charges and cancellation date) after 90 days of assigning the offer.
In all cases information may be held for a longer period where there is a legal or regulatory reason to do so (in which case it will be deleted once no longer required for the legal or regulatory purpose).
