- Log in to your account. Go to account.shellrecharge.com.
- In the menu, go to charge points. Click on 'Settings' at the corresponding charge point. Is no charge point visible yet? Then activate your charge point first.
- In step 5 'Load card access', link your charge card to the charge point. Note: Only add your lease charge card and no other charge cards you may have.
- Activate the reimbursement for electricity costs in. If your employer reimburses charging costs, next to your lease charge card, turn on the 'Reimburse electricity costs' slider.
- Enter your electricity rate. Get the electricity rate from your energy supplier and enter it. If you use day and night power, take the average of these amounts.
- Provide your account number. Enter the account number where the charge fee should be deposited. Select your account number or choose New bank account, enter your details and click save and continue.
- Confirm the settings. Review and confirm the settings and click on confirm & save to save the settings. Do you still want to change settings later? Then go to Charging stations in the menu and click Settings at the relevant charging point.
